Andy Irvine is an experienced recruiter who heads up the Public Practice desk here at Goldhawk Associates Ltd. He holds 14 years’ recruitment experience, most of which was working for a top 4 global specialist recruitment business. Andy specialises in recruiting public practice professionals with, or working towards, ACA, ACCA and CIMA qualifications for chartered accountant practices across Kent.

Andy prides himself on an open and honest approach to the recruitment process, allowing full transparency to both candidate and client. This enables all parties to find the best solution in the most efficient way. He operates with a consultative approach, utilising the latest technology and resources to source top practice talent.
