Finance Business Partner Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Goldhawk Associates is partnering with a growing and dynamic business in Kent to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a commercially focused role, reporting to the Finance Director, with high visibility across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, providing financial analysis, business insights, and process improvements to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key finance contact, partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve financial performance.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, cost reviews, and profitability assessments.
• Challenge and support senior management, proposing strategic financial solutions.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring robust cost control.
• Improve financial processes and reporting, supporting business efficiency.
• Work closely with operations, transport, and production teams to drive cost savings.
• Deputise for the Finance Director as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience (QBE considered).
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or fresh produce sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for business improvement.
