Commercial Finance Business Partner (Ref: BH-10279) Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused finance business partner with advance excel and modelling skills to join a dynamic business based in East Kent. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business performance by delivering proactive commercial partnering and supporting strategic decision-making.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with commercial, operational, finance, and IT teams to drive performance and future growth.
• Preparing and reviewing trend analysis, providing commentary, and offering insights as part of the monthly reporting process.
• Financial modelling of business cases and financial plans to support strategic initiatives and improve profitability.
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis.

 
About You
We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional who is:

• A strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• An advanced Excel user with the ability to create complex financial models and provide data driven case studies.
• Analytical and proactive, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights and reporting.
• Experienced in commercial finance, ideally with a professional financial qualification such as CIMA or ACCA, QBE will also be considered.
• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.

 
Salary on offer is from £55,000 to £70,000 based on experience, plus hybrid working and a range of other company benefits.
